Growing up in the St. Louis area, Phil Flow developed a passion for music at a very young age. Persuing a career in music in 2003 with local friends, he learned about the industry, the studio and live performances. Unable to connecnt  with group members and the label he was with he decided to persue his music career solo in 2008. Ten years later he has risen back to the lime light with his very own company  " 83 Beats ". Now droping his debut single July 27th 2018 he hopes to please his awaiting fans with new music and hopes to make an appearence in a city near you!
