About Thabang
The beginning
Born on 15 December 1981 in Roma, Lesotho a potential rap superstar is sent to earth with a mission to wow all fans. Thabang moved to Harare, Zimbabwe at age 2 in 1983 and has been living in Marlborough, Harare ever since. Fell in love with the likes of Snoop dog and Sean Combs and decided to one day emulate their success.
The album
Thabang's album is entitled "Alpha: The beginning" to mark the first album made by an aspiring rapper from Zim. It is a ten track album that depicts the story of love, hate and a feeling of success in the life of Thabang.
Personal achievements
Not only is Thabang a good rapper, he is also an amazing mathematician. Passed 4 subjects in his Cambridge A level exams with a total of 15 points. Went on to the University of Natal, Durban and graduated with a BSc in Actuarial Science in 2003 and then graduated with a Postgraduate Diploma in Actuarial Science from the University of Cape Town. Played basketball, chess, cricket, athletics, soccer, volleyball and golf. So he certainly is no nerd, he's just simply gifted.
